Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a legend identifying different sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
